You Are What You Eat.

By Mona Wind

Have you ever heard the words, "You are what you eat?". I'm sure you have. The words exist in every culture. What exactly do they mean?

In many ancient texts, food was referred to as a path to enlightenment. It either supported our journey or took away from it. When we came onto the planet, we were high vibration (positive). We were innocent, clear and joyful. Think of any child and you understand what I mean. As life progressed, that purity faded away depending on how uncomfortable our environment was.

There are high vibration foods and low vibration foods. Foods with lots of toxins and foods with less toxins. One supports us and the other will kill us.

Foods that aren't processed or cooked, living foods, have high vibrations. Organic fruits, vegetables and grains contain enzymes that are the life force for our cells. Enzymes assist in digesting and absorbing foods and they're plentiful in living foods. Your body has about 35 years of natural enzyme production before it starts slowing down. If you eat mostly processed or cooked foods you are not replenishing your supply. Your body will pillage enzymes from your organs. In time, this causes burn out, illness and disease. Your energy (vibration), drops and you're headed for death.

Once your vibration drops your body crashes. You feel weak, your energy is low, your thoughts are foggy. Your body goes into a state of shock and becomes ill. You're only concern is survival.

Coming back to the phrase, you are what you eat. The more living foods you eat, the more alive you are. Food for thought.
