Your favorite potato chips may contain all the calories you need in order for you to gain weight fast but trust me, you don't want to depend on junk foods. Eating high-calorie foods equals weight gain. But that doesn't mean necessarily that you will have to stop eating healthy but low-calorie foods. You know, you can still do that if you want to. Just find a recipe that will allow you to mix and combine foods that are high in calories with your low-calorie foods. Easy right?

Most people associate weight gain to certain heart problems. That is only because there are some people who do not know the difference between good fats and bad fats. Do you know that you can actually eat lots of fats and still keep your heart healthy? I'm talking about taking in omega-3 fatty acids found in most seafood like salmon and mackerels. They can help you gain weight and remain healthy at the same time.

Stick to a healthy diet and avoid foods that are rich in Trans fats. They may be classified as fats but they are "evil" fats that will only cause cancer and heart problems when tolerated. We are all for healthy and natural weight gain procedures that is why we do our best not to deviate from the process.
