Water is important so as much as possible we should drink as much as we can. If we don?t, we may end up with many illnesses. Overload of body fat, poor muscle tone, digestive problems, muscle soreness, and retention of water are just a few of what could happen.
For us to stay alive, the body needs lots of water. The body is composed of 60-70% water and while we can go for months without eating food, we could die for just a couple of days without drinking water.
