Negative Feelings Are Unhealthy For The Heart

By Cassandra Smith

What you eat as well as what you feel can affect your health. For example, if you ever felt so deeply hurt that you thought it was like somebody was twisting a knife in your wound. Then you felt your heart was being torn into pieces then you can probably guess what it feels like. Try to imagine what stress and bitterness can do to create trouble for the heart.

Negative emotions interfere with the sound state of the heart, and stress is one of them. They cause the blood clots to form in your veins and interrupt the smooth flow of blood in the heart.

The biggest culprits in this area are fear, panic and anger. They make your heart to race; and before you know it, there would be serious headache and lightheaded feeling and tiredness.

Yes, there is something one can do to prevent all these from happening because you have the free will to say no to negative talk and avoid the pessimists. Very soon you will find that the blood pressure is less and the pumping of the heart is regularized.

You are in a position to change your destiny by just saying no to stressful and pessimistic demeanor because the truth is that in life you can never be totally free of problems.

What this means is that you must go for the best in terms of your health. You must learn to disappoint some people by turning down their negative comments to you.

If you can smile more and have a positive and happy countenance, you will see it changing your life for the better. Your friends should be those who have no negative attitude and who take life in their stride.

Things can be depressing sometimes and many people will not know how to overcome negative emotions; but rest assured that if you work at it the pressure will normalize to give you a normal and healthy lifestyle.
