Snoring And Its Health Effects

Difficulty in breathing and emptiness in the throat area are caused by Sensitivities, wheezing, cold and related problems.

Even snoring causes sleep apnea. Altogether these states cause sleep apnea.

Look for daytime fatigue, lack of focus, irritability, muscle cramps and headaches to tell you that your body isn't getting the vital oxygen it needs at night. Even if you aren't experiencing the physical symptoms (or more likely it's been going so long you've adapted), snoring and sleep apnea can lead to high blood pressure, which puts you in line for heart attack, stroke, blindness and kidney disease.
