Another one of the main benefits of infrared saunas is weight loss. It can be argued that this is one of the simplest techniques to lose pounds. Remember that the infrared energy penetrates deep into your body- several inches deep. It will penetrate your muscles and organs that will increase your base metabolic rate as your body works to cool itself. This process burns calories.
