Male Baldness And Available Products To Help

By Nichole Berry

Men around the world have been suffering from male baldness for many years; they have tried many different methods, but which ones work and which ones don't. Those that do.... Well, why? Although there are a lot of hair loss products on our shelves, you need to be aware that there are some that give the results wished for while others just moisturise and if you are lucky smell nice.

Male baldness is caused by many factors. Hair loss products available include wigs, which can prove itchy and uncomfortable, plus there is always the chance that they could come off at the most awkward of times.

Cosmetic surgery is another option for sufferers of male baldness. The way this works is by removing hair from other parts of the body from the root. This is then put onto the bald head. After hair loss treatment of this king the survival rate of hair that has been implanted is 90 to 100%.

Another similar method, yet one that causes less scars is where hair is implanted into the head by using a small punch. The results to this before the hair thickens are like that you would see on a plastic dolls head. This method also has a success rate of 90 to 100%

After hair transplantation the hair that has been transplanted will fall out, this hair loss is only temporary and it will grow back in time, giving you hair that grows naturally.

There is a tablet that is also available to treat hair loss. It contains an ingredient that is called MSM. The research into MSM has shown that there has been an increased growth of hair on many people tried.

Another ingredient included in some hair loss products is NAC, this product is also known to help minimise hair loss and has been and still is used in many hair loss products.

Also available for hair loss treatment are shampoo's and lotions, they are applied directly to the affected area/area's and while some are washed out others are massaged in and/or left for a while before being washed out.

A thinning comb is also available, and for those who prefer to use a brush, they also have one of those. You can choose which is best for you depending on the length of your hair. The brushes and combs claim to keep the hair nourished and also to look thicker. Although this is not a treatment for baldness, it can help those beginning to suffer from hair loss to keep the hair they already have and by making it look thicker it will hide the thinner parts. There is a satisfaction report back of 90%.

There is a type of hair gel also available, although this is more of prevention than a cure. It is supposed to help combat the early signs of baldness, such as hair thinning, and is to stop the problem from getting any worse.

Some of the products that have been made for hair loss have a product within their ingredients, which has been created to eliminate body made chemicals that stop the production of DHT. If the DHT blockers are not stopped then the DHT level within the body in decreased and this is one of the causes of male baldness.

There are many different hair loss products available for baldness, thinning hair and many that claim to be a cure, some work better than others. Those that do work give men a higher level of confidence especially those who are worried about the hair loss when they have watched other men in their close family suffer from the same thing. None of the hair loss products are an overnight cure, and any that claim to be should be avoided at all costs.
