Natural Hemorrhoids Treatment

By Morin Kalvan

Having a problem with hemorrhoids, why not try some natural treatments to help speed up the process a bit. Getting rid of the swelling and pain is a great part of the battle when it comes to hemorrhoids. Of course many people just want it to end, but they don't want to go out to the doctor.

Herbs have often been known to help with many types of problems people have. It's no different when you think about herbs and treating hemorrhoids. Most creams that you buy for hemorrhoids are ones that will only help with the pain. However, if you find an item that has witch hazel in it, this can help moving along with the curing of that hemorrhoid and back to pain free living.

Not being left out of the cure process are two more herbs. Horse chestnut and Butcher's broom are two more herbs that will help in cutting out the swelling of hemorrhoids. Finding these two herbs you can purchase them as a tea or a pill. Yes they can be used in combination with the witch hazel or some other form of hemorrhoid care.

Pain is one of the worst things about hemorrhoids, so to help out with that part, fill up your bathtub with warm water. Sitting in the water for around 20 minutes will not only have the pain away, but can help to keep that area nice and clean.

Eat foods that have fiber, this will loosen up the bowel and have those hemorrhoids going away quickly. Not only should you do this while having hemorrhoids, but daily. If you don't like enough of the foods that have fiber you can even add in fiber via a supplement. These pills or drink mixes you buy really are pretty decent tasting.

Though you won't necessarily think of this step, exercise or at least walk around when you have hemorrhoids. It will hopefully be just the right thing to assist in making your bowels loosen up enough so that your problem will be gone quickly.

Though you can find many different home remedies that will help out with hemorrhoids, you should always know when is the time to say enough. If you continually seem to have hemorrhoids and can't get rid of them, don't hesitate to see the doctor. Don't let the problem get too bad before you just see what your medical physician can do. Try these home remedies first though, and hopefully they will help you out enough.
